Refunds are formally processed via your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days following a successful technical quality inspection by our team.

We will provide you with the authorized return shipping address, a personalized return authorization code, and detailed instructions. There is no automated online return portal; all requests must be handled directly via email.

Return Shipping & Processing

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we highly recommend using a trackable courier service, as Élan Drive cannot guarantee receipt of unmonitored shipments. Once your return is received and meticulously inspected by our quality assurance team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
